For the price, I think this is a great substitute for TF Neroli Portofino.

Smells a little sweeter than the original so I often layer this atop 4711. Great for tropical vacations.

While it is similar, it does not smell exactly like the tom ford one, in my opinion it smells even better! It smells like a fresh summer day. Everyone loves it and it lasts all day!

Nice floral opening scent with aquatic notes and a bunch of marine vibes and happiness.

The opening is a fairly synthetic but as it drys down it becomes identical to the real thing. It is a fresh scent so doesn't last too long but still pretty good 4h.
