I gave one star not because of the cologne but due to perfume online USA POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I sent approximately 4 messages to perfume online with not one response. Your company received money from my order and you were finished with me. It is pretty deceptive to put at the bottom of your page if you have a problem contact us. And when contacting you get no response. That is poor customer service. My order sat in Canada approximately 3 days with no reason for the long delay. It took about 7 or 8 days to receive my order. I have been ordering from perfume online for many years. Whenever I have issues there is no one to call or emails are not answered. I am never given a discount or nice percentage off my next order. Please tell me what is the phone number to call for complaints and you are able to speak to a live person. And what is a real email that I can get and send to get a real response. The Azzaro cologne is very manly and woody and received many compliments. Please respond to this email and it will let me know if you are serious about customer service. Willie
