I bought this due to the hype around it being a dupe for Charnel Gris. I have never smelled the original but I wanted to try it. I personally don't like the scent - I don't like the tea note but I have gotten a lot of compliments with this at work. People say it's soft and cozy...I have to agree as it's soft, slightly warm and quite a cozy relaxing scent. Great for office or church, as it's not loud or offensive. Great safe scent.

I have never smelled Gris Charnel, so my opinion is based on a blind buy. I enjoy this scent, but wouldn't buy it again. It's relaxing and great for a rainy or fall day. I get a slightly creamy caradmon scent, but something in it gives me a slightly plastic smell which makes me always skip over it when choosing what to wear.

I would say this one is a solid perfume. Packaging is also good.

Definitely for summer & fall. A unisex scent and has a very fresh opening. Drydown is simply vanilla.

This is fabulous !! I can’t say enough good things about it - such wonderful notes and lasts a long time. I’m sure it will get better and better as it macerates .. so happy with this
