I recently purchased this item during the Mother’s Day promotion (10% off the entire purchase), along with three other fragrances. Unfortunately, the bottle arrived without a sprayer, making it unusable.
I reached out to customer service and was offered a 20% refund if I chose to keep the item. While I appreciate the gesture, the product is not functional without a sprayer, and I don’t have one that fits this bottle.
Customer service also offered free return shipping, which is helpful. However, I asked whether a replacement could be sent instead, and I have yet to receive a response. I also inquired about the possibility of repurchasing the item, as I would lose the original 10% discount and free shipping due to not meeting the CAD$199 minimum. Again, no response.
I’m disappointed by the lack of follow-up and communication. I expected better service, especially after a promotional event. I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience for future buyers.
