I never received the fragrance. After purchasing from what represented itself as a US company, I received a tracking number for a shipment from canada. It then went missing en route. I emailed support several times and never got a response. Additionally, the package insurance policy for which I paid was apparently never actually written, and ShipInsure had no record of it. I filed a charge dispute with my credit card company. This place is either a scam or exceptionally poorly run and actively misrepresenting itself. Either way, never again.
